How much do I have to pay to hire you as my lawyer?

The short answer is...zero. There is no charge and no retainer to hire Pritchett Firm, PC, to represent you in an accident or workers' compensation case.

We work on a contingency fee basis, which means if you do not win your case, you do not pay. If we do not complete the contingency, which means if we do not get you money or benefits, then there is nothing owed. Once we do get you benefits or money, then you pay us a contracted amount out of the money you receive. In workers' compensation claims that amount is capped at 25% to the attorney; it cannot go higher than that amount. In personal injury claims the fees start at 33% of the settlement offer, and they increase based on whether or not litigation is pursued. There might be costs associated with your claim, but those are usually minimal, and you always are aware of the charges. In fact, any costs associated with your workers' compensation claim over $100 must be approved by the State Board of Workers Compensation at the time of the settlement. There are never any surprise charges or attempts to "upsell" anything in legal cases with our firm.

That also means phone calls to me or my staff are always free, so don't worry about giving us a call or sending a text. We want to hear from you whenever you have something to tell us, so don't hesitate to reach out.

Now don't call or slide into our DMs at 3am and get mad if we don't respond till the next day. We will respond as soon as it is practicable.

Don't be afraid to give us a call or send an email or a text. If you, a friend, or a family have been injured in an accident, give us a call at Pritchett Firm, PC. 404-962-0010
